Sniffed Links

The annual slew of yearly prediction and prognostications are starting to come in. Most financial writers make them. Some make fun of them but still do them and some make wild predictions. None of the below are those. First, we don't look as short term as one year in the market. Second, most of these early predictions are assuming a Fed rate hike and while this looks as likely as ever who knows what the fed will do. The last link below discusses the growth in the US auto industry which from a very simplistic standpoint I have always held to be a very important barometer of economic strength. Are we at the peak of the recovery? Possibly. If so it should mean several more years of a pretty healthy economy. Finally, a very Happy Hanukkah to all those celebrating this week.
